You can relax in Scarborough, should be it's motto. The life pace here is slightly different than other places and if you look carefully the landscape here has it's own particular look. Different than other places. If I could capture the essence of this place with my images I would certainly be scratching the surface of what lies beneath these wide open roads that serve a generation of new immigrants.

I loved living in downtown Toronto and any other place was too far, and a place that seemed too far is now my home, Scarborough. There are trails and old characters that only exist here. Environment photography to me is using what is around you to express how you feel about that place. And, I, slowly see that Scarborough is much more than just a place to move to, it's a maze where wonderful life images exist.

I like taking the camera out like some people go for a drive, to discover something new in a familiar place, and you find there's always a new curve when you come home and enlarge the photos. Which makes you want to go out again and see around the new bend.
